Good facility, mediocre customer service Good facility, but hours of customer service were different in person than posted online.
Very helpful Manager Manager was so helpful. I called to check on available units and needed one immediately. She sent my application to my email and I filled it out and returned it to her. When we got there within the hour she had all my paperwork ready and we we able to fill our unit and we finished in an hour. Excellent customer service and a very valuable employee!
Clean safe place, Plenty of carts to use, spacious elevators. Check-in was easy, plenty of supplies available for my move and the girl at the desk was helpful. The building is well lit and spotless and I felt safe as there are cameras throughout. Very happy with my experience so far!
Best storage for the money Climate controlled was an added bonus but the unit seems smaller than outdoor unit.
