I'm really grateful to Donovan. I left something in the hall. after I told him. he checked the cameras and called the person who put it in his unit. they returned it to the office and I was able to get the item. Donovan was so helpful. I was thinking I would have to replace it. thank you very much Donovan.
I have to say that working with Donovan at Extra Space storage was a wonderful experience. We had rented a unit that did not fit our needs and he easily got us a unit that worked for us. Kind, considerate and a decent cost. I will highly recommend this facility as Donovan was super.
Customer service was wonderful. Staff was very helpful. Great place!!
