Everything went well. I've been with Xtra Space off and on for about 20 years. They're facilities are clean, the support staff is professional and extremely helpful. This Jan, 2026, I got a notice my rent was going up quite a bit. I called and spoke with Lloyd about maybe not increasing it so much, and he went above and beyond and got my rent DECREASED significantly! My name for Lloyd is the magic man. How he did that was amazing. Hats off to Xtra Space for hiring such a capable and helpful person. Thanks again, Lloyd!

I've been a lease holder since 2019. In this time frame Management has change hands many times. Thus, resulting in inconsistency in Oder of Operations as well as property safety! I do feel with the new /current Management team in place and Donavan as our on-site Manager this company/property will start to see the full potential We as lease holders have been promised in our agreements/contracts. This storage facility was a great choice. As a female I felt safe getting needed items out of my storage area and my belongs felt secure with the gated entrance, cameras and daily checks made by staff several times a day. I will highly recommend this storage facility.

Rented storage unit before this company bought it. Rented for about $78/mo, increased rent without notice, to nearly double what I had contracted with previous company. No notice despite being sent text and emails monthly when they processed payment. Told supply and demand due to 'occupancy rate at that location'. NO notice. Offered to reduce payment, but even what they offered was almost half of what I could have leased another of the same size, on their own website... which was even lower than I had originally had it lease... read more
