I called their CS number and reserved a 10x15 with outdoor access and an 8 ft roll-up door for a discounted price of $99.75/mo for up to 6 months. When I went there, they did not have a unit like that. The Mgr called her Mgr, and I was told that he okayed letting me have a 10x20 unit instead. I said okay, but then I thought to ask if it would be for the same price, and the Mgr told me, no, she couldn't do that. Seriously? They're not willing to make up for their error?
