The facility is great. The place is clean. The staff is nice. I just have two complaints. I've rented there for several years in the climate controlled section. At first there seemed to be a lot of issues with the locking door at the front. That seems to since been resolved. The only other issue is the constant rate increases. You move all of your stuff into a unit and you feel stuck. Nobody wants to move again, so they just keep raising the rates.
