Their customer service is top tier and they truly want you to have the best experience, Caleta (I don’t think I spelled that right) but she is the manager at the chippewa location and she has made my experience even better and I’m very thankful for her. She has always been so kind and never rude when I asked a million of the same questions. 10/10 recommend and will definitely use them again when I’m needing storage space
