IT took 40 minutew to register. The person was new, untrained and not very friendly. But the space was fine
I am a new customer. Should be open all day , during lunch hour tge office it's closed. And should have more moving carts available.
Ok Facility Unsatisfied with the back handed way of saying onlone that if I paid the rest of this month I could get the next half off hit omitted the part that says I'd be paying for the second month up front. Not cool. Also the security feed was broken in a few aspects and wasn't recording anything to be saved to 10 days as the HDD was full, thought know one would notice, but we did.
Very disappointed I went back to the unit at 9:30PM last night to finish the move and the elevators were turned off. Access to units are supposed to be until 11PM. Called and texted the property manager, Jennifer, and have not gotten any reply back whatsoever. Very disappointed with this and it is my first day. This was a real inconvenience.
