Yes I have a wonderful experience. I've been here for year and a half almost 2 years and the prices right in my budget range and Tom and Lacey very nice people to work with. I don't find those people every day and they treat me like family here and I also had people here that help me move my personal belongings in my storage unit and they also said it was nice here and you don't meet people every day like that. Andrew has a nasty attitude and needs to work on customer service skills. He literally argued with me once he charged my card and I asked for receipt. He know that's fraud you can't charge nobody card in their name and refuse to give a receipt . He a black man with a bad attitude
I moved into Extra Space Storage on Pell Drive a few months ago, and my experience has been... interesting, to say the least. Since moving in, I've been approached by at least four other tenants with complaints about black widows, rodents, flooding, theft, and more. Unfortunately, I've had my own encounter - I was in my unit one day and saw a mouse run across it.
