Great Professional all the way. Made experience quick, easy and provided top notch customer service. Answered all my questions with complete explanations and support to provide additional help if needed. Would recommend over all others.
Could use more lighting but overall good Itâs a nice facility at a fair price, I do wish some areas had more visibility especially the interior spaces.
Roll up door Only complaint I have is I picked a 10x10 with a full size roll up door, but unit is indoor and only has 2 normal walk in doors to get inside which kind of defeats the purpose of getting a full size roll up door.
Clean, friendly, affordable, and sketchy This unit has the things I needed -- a good amount of space not far from the grid for an affordable rate. However... there is a growing homeless encampment right outside the gate, and in the past month I've twice had to use my vehicle to block them from coming in (and out!) of the storage facility parking area.
Wonderful Space Clean, spacious, and the climate-controlled units actually have cooling/heat. Impressed with the space and found management to be very friendly.
Wonderful experience! Staff members were courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. They answered all our questions with patience, assisted us with the locking mechanism, and maintained a smile throughout the process.
Exceptional service and cleanliness! Great storage facility with excellent staff. The unit is neat and clean, as are the grounds. I highly recommend this location!
Friendly, helpful-*staff not given authority to refund overcharge Very friendly & helpful and informative. Cindy was original contact. Good size unit W/ access till 11 PM which is almost unheard of. Not sure how safe it is at night especially if alone as there is a homeless encampment behind facility along RR tracks. brought to mgmt. attention, needs a massive cleanup crew.
