Michelle did a fabulous job of making an incredibly stressful situation as pleasant as possible. She went above and beyond to show kindness and offer helpful solutions. The storage space was clean and I felt safe in all of the facilities. I highly recommend if you need a storage space.
I stopped by to rent out a unit after looking them up online and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the whole facility and the great customer service from Michelle; she was kind and patient and very helpful in helping me understand my options and select the right unit for my needs. 10/10 will do business here again!
I would love to shout-out Michelle. I believe she is a manager at the Life Storage in Lancaster on Ave J. She was so professional and collected when she handled my problem. When I initially presented to her my situation she made me feel heard and respected. She didn’t make me feel like she was trying to come up with a quick answer to move on to the next customer. The manager and asst. manager, Michelle and Gabby, are truly a great duo. Not only were they both very professional and helpful but also very kind and courteous. We were able to purchase locks at the facility and 10x30 unit was clean and convenient. Definitely our best storage experience! Thank you ladies :)
