It's a decent place to rent a unit, but the lack of a response since is troubling. I may be moving to another location soon.
I called to inquire about a unit and the representative was so kind and patient with me. I had many questions and Rachel Ayala was able to answer all of them. She even offered suggestions of other units that might be a better fit for me. I will definitely be renting here!
Extra Space Storage is a great place, I've been here for several years. I highly recommend this place.

I currently have a rental and I wanted to upgrade to a bigger space. The online process is easy and straight forward. In just a few minutes Johnny gave me a call to check in about my two rentals and helped me with some questions I had about my new rental and location of my rental. He was able to help me and explain to me my next steps and help me get exactly what I wanted. Very kind and very helpful. I definitely recommend renting here.

I have had storage here for years , started with one and now have 3. The staff here are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you with any situation that can come up. Trust me I've had a few, not knowing my codes ect. They are professional and can answer any questions you have. The place is always clean and you are welcomed with a smile.Great place!

Rates have gone up dramatically since ESS took over Life Storage. My rent has gone up $100 since they took over. Very disappointed.
