Despite a small technical issue... I initially reserved my unit online, and then followed up by calling the facility and completing the rental process with Brandon at the location of my choice. We were met with a technical issue that stalled the process due to my cc payment not registering, but after being reassured that the $ would be available in my account by the next day, all was good.
