The manager was super polite and explained everything I needed to know. On Sunday the 28th I reserved and rented a 5 x 5 unit. At the time when I wanted to move things into the unit I realized it was going to be to small. It was towards the end of the day for him and he helped my son and I with upgrading to the next size one. I felt a little bad doing what I did at the end of his day. Clean and friendly Upon my arrive I received a call from the storage to confirm my move in and to see if I had any other concerns. Taylor was very nice answered all my questions and was able to help me make an account online while on the phone. The move in process took about 15 minutes and I was ready. Overall great experience

Unit's great, check-in was a little rocky. Before moving into our unit, we filled out all the requested information online and they waived their administrative fee, as promised. However, instead of having a quick check-in, as expected, the process took nearly an hour. We were sold a new lock, which we didn't need but they required, and we were sold insurance that we could have avoided if we had been told we needed to bring proof of our homeowner's insurance (that amount has since been credited to a future month's rent).
