Great experience From reserving a conditioned unit online to going there with our first load of furniture, everything went very smoothly. It is a very clean facility and Jose in the office was very friendly and helpful in getting all the proper forms signed, etc. plus you get a discount on packing supplies. Came for the proximity, will be back for the great customer service Need to move most out of my house for a major renovation, and this is my first experience with an indoor storage--what a difference! It is spotless, I had so much help getting oriented, and Roni saved me a first floor unit--an upgrade to the 2nd floor one I'd reserved. I am delighted to come and go under excellent security, and feel safe even alone at night there.
Elevator and dollies that were available were extremely helpful. I feel my stuff is safe there.
