Cheap, safe & easy. I needed a storage unit that day and they helped me no problem! Safe facility with great prices! They even gave me half off the first month. Overall a great service!
Good overall, though they ought to have at least two employees on duty. On both of my visits to the facility, there were tenants who needed the manager's attention (outside of the office/at their units) but had to wait until she was completely finished with me. Seemed like a lot for one person to juggle. Also, I tried to reach them by phone during normal business hours and was unable to do so. they have an answering service, but no one ever called me back, thus I had to go to drive to the property to speak with the manager.
Pleasant but feel the mandatory insurance is unfair.
Scam Artists My husband and I were downsizing to a smaller unit and after just paying my bill at a huge 300 dollars three days earlier I was hesitant on spending more money on a smaller one, just thinking we could let it ride until next month. But the employee (whom would later identify himself as the "manager") said I would recieve a 230 dollar refund on my initial unit if I wanted to set up the new, smaller unit that day.
