I’m a returning customer with extra storage, and I truly appreciate the easy access and convenience of this place. The AC is a huge plus, especially during the summer, both for my comfort and for keeping my belongings in great condition. First of all, I had been a long time customer since July 2017. The price just kept on going up at this point where I can’t afford it. Before Extra Storage took over Life Storage, I never had any issue with rodent until now. I just went to my storage unit where there were lots of feces of mice had got into my unit. I don’t know how much was chewed up from my unit. I had seen traces of feces of mice everywhere in the unit where it makes me sick.
