I just wanted to say that Sarah in the front office was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! She was wonderful and patient with me and all my millions of questions. She tentative to my needs and concerns and great recommendations. She helped me immensely. I highly recommend this place. Please ask for her cause she will be able to help you with your storage needs.

Absolutely 💯. Excellent facility and customer service. Clean, and hours are perfect! Wide driveways, and plenty of parking. At the end of the day, we all know at sometime ALL storage facility will eventually go up in price.But at Life Storage in Wildomar, 5 plus stars for me. Staff always on point, far and cool. Go check it out for yourself.

I highly recommend avoiding Life Storage. I signed up for a storage space in February. Process was relatively smooth. Went on autopay. Two months later, I received something in the mail about half the size of a postcard written in 6 point font saying my price is going from $133/month to $187/month. They're clearly hoping people won't notice these in the mail, or on their bank statements. I have elderly relatives who wouldn't notice something like this. I attached a picture to this review. The rental process was seamless and all the staff are very helpful. Access to units is outstanding. For such a stressful time they made using storage so simple and hassle-free. Thank you!!!
