Wonderful Customer Service - Excellent Value This is my first time renting a storage unit and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Reserving the unit online was a breeze and Nick's follow-up with me was appreciated. The staff at LifeStorage were friendly, helpful and flexible, allowing me to move in to a larger unit when I realized that I had more stuff to store than I originally planned. I would highly recommend this facility!

Had a bad experience that was made better! I paid for a storage unit, filled out paperwork, then left to finish packing up my apartment. Upon coming back to unload my Uhaul; I had noticed that the guy who sold me my unit (I won't mention names) forgot to unlock the unit I had just paid for. I was absolutely livid and had to send the movers home, but I couldn't do anything about it until the morning.
