Convenience is pretty important here. There were a variety of unit sizes, which made it easy to choose one that was preferred. The access hours are very nice as well, allowing me to visit my unit outside of typical business hours. Additionally, the availability of climate-controlled units is a huge plus, especially if you're storing sensitive items.
The staff and facility are fantastic and very clean. I also liked the fact there was always carts readily available no matter how many individuals were there at the time. What I am upset about is the pricing. So I started at 24 and with the taxes and insurance it was 35 or 36. Very affordable which is why I got the unit as I was living in a crisis shelter leaving a domestic violence situation. They raised my rates from $27 to $55(nearly double) for a small locker in the first 3 months. The only warning came with something in the mail that probably looked like an advertisement. Pretty shady if you ask me
Argelia gave me great service. She was able to answer my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. I had a wonderful experience.
I have had a shed here for almost 3 years! The staff have always been very responsive, the facility always clean and comparably priced for other same-sized units centrally located in my part of the valley. I fully recommend this place to anyone for long term or short term storage needs.
