Great customer service! Both the Associate Mgr "Kai", & Site Mgr Karr we're outstanding, in every way. Kai handled most of my transaction; just outstanding. Very experienced from start to finish---the free month, UP FRONT, was a big incentive. Many storage plans in this area; this is THE ONE!
