VICTORIA IS THE BEST COSTUMER SERVICE WORKER AND PROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Oscar is amazing as well! We had so many issues that we were trying to work out with our oversized storage supplies as we moved into our unit off of US 1 in Miami and Victoria was so so helpful and so kind. 10/10 experience, never have I ever encountered such kind, patient and helpful service workers like the staff at this location. This is the third storage facility I’ve worked with to store my business equipment over the last 15 years. It is by far the most organized, best maintained facility I’ve been with. The staff is very friendly, always quick to say Hello, while keeping the common areas clean and tidy. Glad I made the switch.
I've used Extra Space before for business but I've never had such a smooth & wonderful experience as I have now at this location with Victoria. She was beyond helpful and gives me great confidence that my equipment is in good hands.
