Excellent customer service. I had questions about payment and billing and the team member (Evan) was extremely friendly and attentive and solved my issue quickly. Facility is in a great location and easy to access. Unit itself is very easy to find and the hours the gate is open are better than many other storage facilities. Happy to be using Extra Space Storage.
I’ve just had a great experience renting a unit at the Ottsville, PA Extra Space location. The manager there, Chris, was very candid in his answers, offered a bunch of great information/insight, and made my transaction a painless procedure. Kudos to Chris and Andrew - it’s nice to know that there are still establishments/people out there who take pride in their work.
Good clean facility with easy access. We're a long time customer and have been very happy with our experience for many years. Chris was very helpful setting up a new storage spot when we needed additional space for our trailer.
