Moving in Moving in was a pretty time consuming and a little inconvenient due to my unit location and not being able to use the back entrance closer to my unit.I had to go back to the front with my things.The staff was super nice though and very helpful.I look forward to the renovations coming up

Price is reasonable The storage facility is Ok but some of the equipment policy changes an be problematic. Flatbeds (very limited) have to be signed out and are unavailable after reg business hours due to theft. The Moving van advertised is currently discontinued as well due to accidents. In my opinion these are risk of the business and should be settle with insurance claims as to not inconvenience the customer.
Customer service was excellent The staff did an excellent job giving me through information about available units and did her best to find a best rate.
Easy to find, very accommodating and nice to work with. This facility was convenient for our Needs. The staff was very helpful especially when we changed the size of the unit once seeing them.

Great Experience! The employee who showed me the unit and set up my monthly rental was great! She helped in answering all of my questions and even told me things I wouldn't have thought to ask! She was great!
