Best experience ever with Life Storage on Dillard Dr! Mrs. Brenda at the office desk is so sweet and always so cheerful! The owner is an amazing person I never met him or her but with out getting personal really looked out for me and my family during a very tough time. Thank you I would recommend to any one looking for a storage unit.

Life Storage was an excellent decision, and their people are wonderful. Brenda helped me out so much, and was the sweetest person ever. Life Storage's prices are excellent, so affordable! The only downside was that my unit was slightly smaller than advertised. The 5x5 reduced height unit I got was definitely 5 feet deep at least, and the height was somewhere between 3 and 4 feet as expected, but it was more like about 3-3.5 feet wide. It was still more than enough room for what I need, so I'm plenty satisfied, but for others... read more
