Everything was great!!! The customer service was phenomenal. By far the best I've experienced in a while. Everything was very thorough and it was a great experience choosing Bob's. I'll never chose another storage company in the tidewater region.

Happiness is Uncle Bob's Storage I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. I ended up purchasing a larger unit with climate control. The representative even let my dog wander in the office while we did the paperwork!! I was impressed. He was knowledgeable, personable and explained everything I needed to know from insurance to payment options. I would most definitely use and recommend them to others!
I have had a great experience at this facility so far. I am very pleased to be storing here.

Bad Customer Service I was looking for a place for my band to practice. I talked to an individual there that said they allowed that. So I told him to reserve a unit for me. They called the next day to confirm and I once again asked if they allowed bands because I wanted to be certain. They said it was not a problem at all. Day three, I was headed up there to look at the space with a band mate and it was getting close to closing time so I called ahead to make sure they would be able to accomadate us.
