The manager is amazing The process was smooth, ordering the unit, paying for it, signing the paperwork, getting keys and moving in. The manager of the location was amazing. Great energy, wonderful conversationalist, he made it so everything was clear and concise. I never thought I would say this, but I ENJOYED my time at Life Storage- McCracken Rd.
Associate was friendly and to the point. Associate explained The rules thoroughly and knew exactly what we needed and was thoughtful in process. Space was cleaning up on arrival didn’t have a problem with locating it space.

This is very nice storage place. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place is clean and organized.
