First time Storage Experience Overall good customer service however, I had to pay for insurance on my stuff and asked why must I pay for insurance if I don't want it? We should have the option to get insurance or sign a form declining the insurance. We'll, after I paid the customer service person said I can bring in my home insurance declaration page.
