Terrible customer service The unit is great. Well lit, good location. Awesome promo. But the one and only employee I encountered was rude, and made me feel like I was a burden to him, well I was a burden to him. My move in date, a Thursday, I was slammed at work. I called at 4pm to see if there was anyway to avoid having to come in during the hours of operation, because my work was going to keep me past that time. Nobody answered. Then I called back.
