I was inquiring about a unit this week at life storage in Albany, I was called upon my arrival to the location with any questions I may have upon my arrival I was greeted by the nicest most professional young man, manager Derek greeted me with a passionate smile, he assisted me in every way possible after showing me the unit I was asking about. Derek went in full detail about the process. I feel very comfortable and am the upmost pleased with the outstanding service. Highly recommended life storage!
