Excellent customer service; the free truck was a cherry on top! Needed a storage unit rather quickly and Uncle Bob's came through with flying colors. Reserved my unit on a Wednesday afternoon and moved my things in on a Friday. Zero problems throughout the process. Edwina assisted me with the paperwork at the front desk and she was extremely helpful, polite, cheery, and extremely friendly.
