Great location and service. Would help to have at least one cart near 2nd entrance in climate controlled area
Perfect Easy to book, got my unit within 20 minutes of needing it. I did everything online.
Excellent Customer Service and Facility Ray and Victoria were pleasant, professional, friendly, helpful, and authentic! They provided all the necessary information for my move-in experience. Ray was so helpful and patient in directing me on using the lock and placing my vehicle in the unit.
Very nice staff Alicia is very nice and makes me feel at ease.
Fast service It was very easy or me to book the storage unit and visit it before moving my things there. Victoria , the customer service agent was very good and helped me out with all my questions. I wish I had 24x7 access. The service is open only until 10PM. Otherwise everything else was good. Thanks.

Easy access reasonable price The price is was what made check it out. It’s convenient and easy access. My only complaint is the taxes and insurance were not included in the quote. Since that is a recurring charge it adds up, and should be disclosed up front. Other than that it was a pleasure doing business
