Life Storage sold all of our things without notifying us. When I called to change my phone number and physical address, it wasn’t recorded. They used my old phone number and address but never sent a single email to notify me. Now all of my children’s winter cloths are on Facebook. Our childhood photos are in a landfill. Very clean and was a great price. Taylor was helpful and showed me around and answered all my questions. Usually I don't expect much from a storage place, but this was a pleasant surprise .
Location is a 10. Customer Service is a 10. Two things that could easily been improved upon. Inside temperature was good on first floor but third floor was like having no AC. Humidity was high as well as the temp. Feel like I was duped by the first floor temp. Also the interior cleanliness wasn’t great. Not horrible but the entry mats were never clean while I was there and the carpeted elevator needed vacuuming and stainless steel walls in there were smudgy and not clean appearing.
