Fairly new and exceptionally clean storage facility. Mike was a pleasure to work with - he welcomed me by showing me directly to my space and explaining how to operate the lock and entry keypad. He also let me know where the different entrance were to save me the time of hunting them down. Prices seemed reasonable for the size in climate controlled facility. Thanks Mike!
Great customer service. Had a unit for a few months and they provide carts to move stuff. The pricing can randomly increase though
Life Storage sold all of our things without notifying us. When I called to change my phone number and physical address, it wasn’t recorded. They used my old phone number and address but never sent a single email to notify me. Now all of my children’s winter cloths are on Facebook. Our childhood photos are in a landfill.
