Surprise charges. Staff extremely friendly; however there where some surprise charges I was not expecting that brought the bill up to double what it should have been.

Amazing! I got an amazing deal! I paid the rest of the month and I got the $25 admin fee waived by doing Rapid Form (or something like that) and received the next month free!!! It already so cheap but this helped tremendously! The assistant manager was so friendly and helpful! So glad we found this place!

Highly recommended Great place; clean, well organized, staff very friendly and helpful. The manager waited for us thru his lunch break till we could get there. He couldn't have been more accommodating. Answered all our questions and walked us thru everything.

Superior service! I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience with Life Storage--- from inception to completion, it was easy and seamless. The unit is spotless and customer service (manager and staff) have been helpful and welcoming. Great job!!!

Great Customer Service!! Very Clean! Reasonably priced! The manager went above and beyond my expectations! He was amazing..... Storage unit very clean.
