Jade was great to work with. Called ahead to get pricing. Jade was very helpful. She reserved our spot and was taking care of three customers at once and call all of us moving.
Very affordable, great customer service! Need more carts (only 2-3) Customer service is great, just wish they had more carts for use as me and other guest only counted 2-3 for the whole building! The building itself could be much cleaner, birds fly in leaving mess everywhere as you enter and exit the loading zone of the building which smells and you have to carefully watch where you step!
Great Service Everything for our move in went smoothly. Jae was great answering questions in advance.
Directions Overall it was nice but the only thing I didn’t like was how hard it was to find the unit . The instructions that was given wasn’t clear enough
