I've been renting storage units at this Extra Space Storage facility, and the experience has been excellent. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly stands out is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Their helpfulness and attention to detail make a big difference. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of extra storage space!

The store manager Jose (The Great) is kind and helpful every time we speak. He calls and gives gentle reminders of your due dates and works overtime to keep you happy. I tried to give notice that I was vacating and he resolved my issues- like it was his pleasure! I highly recommend this location. Well lit, clean inside and out. (I was not paid for this review. It’s just rare to get this level of service.)

I have used this location for almost ten years. Amy was the first one who signed me up. She was the perfect manager! I ended up with Jose who is also a great person and manager! Thank you for having people like this at your business! Eventually moving to Abilene to be near family…getting ready!

Had a great experience working with Jose Robles at a Plano, Texas branch to rent a unit today! He was very kind and worked with me to find a unit that worked well for me. Clean facility and very easy to access!
