I have used this location for almost ten years. Amy was the first one who signed me up. She was the perfect manager! I ended up with Jose who is also a great person and manager! Thank you for having people like this at your business! Eventually moving to Abilene to be near family…getting ready!
The store manager Jose (The Great) is kind and helpful every time we speak. He calls and gives gentle reminders of your due dates and works overtime to keep you happy. I tried to give notice that I was vacating and he resolved my issues- like it was his pleasure! I highly recommend this location. Well lit, clean inside and out. (I was not paid for this review. It’s just rare to get this level of service.)
Had a great experience working with Jose Robles at a Plano, Texas branch to rent a unit today! He was very kind and worked with me to find a unit that worked well for me. Clean facility and very easy to access!
Price is ridiculous! This will be the last month i use there services. I started off at $85 a month, went up to $156 which i was okay with but this month without warning they withdrew $218. They are not worth the price! No warning no letter sent out nothing. Jose was rude to my husband and flat out unprofessional. Dont waste your time, find a better storage facility!
