I have used this location for almost ten years. Amy was the first one who signed me up. She was the perfect manager! I ended up with Jose who is also a great person and manager! Thank you for having people like this at your business! Eventually moving to Abilene to be near family…getting ready!
The store manager Jose (The Great) is kind and helpful every time we speak. He calls and gives gentle reminders of your due dates and works overtime to keep you happy. I tried to give notice that I was vacating and he resolved my issues- like it was his pleasure! I highly recommend this location. Well lit, clean inside and out. (I was not paid for this review. It’s just rare to get this level of service.)
Jose Robles was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, professional and kept me well informed of everything I need to know in regards to my storage unit. I highly recommend him to a higher position if possible.
