I rent an outdoor space to park my highway tractor when I'm home. The reservation process is quick and easy and the customer service rep is very professional. Once I booked the space with the customer service rep, I immediately got a text and email confirmation. We set up our rental online and the process was seamless. Our unit was clean and comfortable upon bringing in our items to store. When it was time for move out Dennis was awesome and helpful in the process. Very friendly service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to utilize climate controlled storage.
Love this location. Would highly recommend. Customer since 2020. Dennis is great! Helpful, friendly and always available. The property and building are always clean. No issues in the 4 years we've been here.
Renting with Lifestorage was such a breeze. I was able to reserve a unit by phone and was called by Dennis within the hour to confirm my move date. Dennis was so personable and knowledgeable every step of the process. The service from the staff was top notch, I have no regrets renting with Life Storage. The care and cleanliness of the facility speaks for itself. Will recommend this location in the future.
I have nothing but great things to say about them. I was with them for a little over 2 years and I can honestly say they have been the best storage company I have ever been with, and I've been with quite a few in my lifetime.
