I rent an outdoor space to park my highway tractor when I'm home. The reservation process is quick and easy and the customer service rep is very professional. Once I booked the space with the customer service rep, I immediately got a text and email confirmation. The staff is great. I was able to get a unit as Hurricane Milton was coming towards Tampa. I got the unit in the morning and I was able to move my stuff right away. Super professional even doing the storm
Easy as pie to rent online, pay by credit card, and check out at the office. No fuss no muss. I rented for 4 months and had no problems. One code to get in the gate, carts to carry your stuff, air conditioned, and lots of size storage to choose from. I felt safe moving stuff by myself, halls light up as you enter, and no one is in there unless they have a code. It's a very nice, clean, storage facility.
These guys are awesome. The Storage service is the best. Today I went there to vacate my storage unit and everything went wonderful. The guy in charge there was a wonderful person and helped me with everything needed. Will surely go there again when the tropics go wild with storms and hurricanes.
We set up our rental online and the process was seamless. Our unit was clean and comfortable upon bringing in our items to store. When it was time for move out Dennis was awesome and helpful in the process. Very friendly service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to utilize climate controlled storage.
