First time using a storage unit, they made it easy Really like this place. Glad I chose them.
Everything was easy and smooth Just as I expected. The paper work process was easy and quick. The manager showed me around and explained everything. The facility is very clean I am so happy I found this storage facility

The overall experience was great. I got a follow-up call from the facility on western/Shubert. The young lady was courteous, professional,informative. When l found a larger space @ #481for a good price l was initially quite impressed with Sandy's customer service skills , vibe etc etc. l. On the phone she was so nice . l felt happy & was looking forward to doing business with life storage. Sandy gave me a follow up call as well. Great customer service Super clean, friendly service, nice in allows free use of very nice large but drivable moving van. Carts available for use is a nice plus!
