The facility is clean and safe. Customer service is excellent! Whatever the issue our local service representative is friendly and efficient and she gets it done.
I reserved a 10x10 inside 3rd floor. It's advertised for $52 per month. It was $140 to ove in. The rep was matter of fact but wasn't friendly. i cant complain too much about him because he was thorough but im a people person and he rubbed me the wrong way. There was a tag on the unit indicating that it was cleaned and ready for occupancy. There was a king mattress , 2 twin box springs, and a frame inside. I'm 57 years old and no as fit as I should be.
