Staff was very accommodating
Venus was Awesome!!! She provided me with great customer service. Venus was amazing in helping me out at the last minute on the day of my move.

Overall good but the only two time i went (one when i moved in) nobody was at the facility, the only manager went for cooffe the first time (about 11am) when i made the reservation, and everybody was out for lunch together the second time when i moved and i have to wait 40 minutes (about 2pm). It should be always someone on the front desk during opening hours especially because the people need the front desk are often new customer registering, asking info or moving in. You can loose new customer.
Great customer service made my move less stressful:) The staff is super friendly and helpful here, they had even tried to reach me by phone to tell me the unit I had reserved online had limited overhead space and was on 2nd floor. When I arrived they told me this and proceeded to find a better unit for me at a similar price. My unit was easy to get to and super clean.
