A great, personal experience This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was in a bit of a rush to reserve and begin moving in due to unforeseen circumstances around the holiday. The store Manager was so flexible, friendly, and really went beyond to help me. She gave me a tour, answered questions, and guided me through the process to finish the reservation once I was at the store. It was a GREAT overall experience!!!
Clean, easy to navigate, friendly staff, but long process Only negative part of my experience was the PCs. The process that normally takes 10 min to complete and secure my unit took over an hour due to both of their computers crashing at least 4 times.

Decent storage, great people, alright price. On move-in day, I got to the storage unit about 30 minutes before they closed, and the lady working the front desk was very kind and helpful. She got all the paperwork done in about 10 minutes, including selling me a lock for my door, and I was on my way. The facility itself can be a little confusing, but she was very good at explaining exactly how to get to my unit, so that wasn't too bad.
