Overall a nice place to store your items Most everything pleased me, but of course there is usually some annoyance. When I chose life storage online, it stated free truck rental and 25 miles free with purchase of storage rental... well after the 19.99 insurance charge and the one gallon of gas for every 10 miles..it sure didn't feel free. I'm not saying it wasn't still worth it..but, please be upfront with people before they choose life storage.
