Horrible customer service I was appalled by the level of professionalism and customer service. I was asked to wait an additional 25 minutes after having already waited 10 minutes for a service representative to show up to the front desk so he can assist individuals who were returning a truck. If it was a return the keys and go I completely understand but I waited as rain fell on my furniture 25 minutes as he inspected the truck, took milage, and filled out additional paper work and accepted payment.
