Paperwork process was fast. Facility was very clean. Staff very helpful. Overall a great experience.
Manager on duty was extrememing nice and professional I had a problem with the size of the actual storage unit we were supposed to move into. This was in no way the fault of anyone on site. However I was unhappy enough to leave and not rent the unit. David Griffith, the manager on duty, solved problem it.
