I had such a pleasant experience at this storage facility and you can tell they are so intentional and caring with their guests. I coordinated with Rick through my process and he was kind, detail-oriented, and proactive in his customer service. Highly recommend this place!
Rick is absolutely amazing. He was so kind and so helpful. Very communicative on the phone and always calls back when he says he will. He also was a god-send for me because I had to empty out a storage unit for work that had 31 boxes of binders, and I spent a very long time emptying out every box and every binder in order to close the account.
