I can’t say enough good things about the service I received here. From the very beginning, Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even stayed past closing to help us view the storage space, complete the paperwork, and go over every detail so that we felt confident and informed. Nick and Rick are awesome! Nick went out of his way to find the beat unit for me. Rick took the time to show me to my unit in person. Great experience, transparent, very helpful.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick and he was genuinely considerate throughout the entire interaction. Nick made me feel heard and valued. He took the time to understand my issue, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved quickly and smoothly. Their warm and positive attitude made a stressful situation feel much easier to manage. I am very grateful.
Nick and Rick were so friendly and professional when I rented a unit here. I had previously had a storage break-in and had some security concerns. They patiently answered all my questions, walked me through the property, and showed me all the protection available here. Lobby and halls are clean and well-lit.
Rick was great and helpful. He showed us the space and even explained all the different sized for storage, the reason why the prices varied and explained how the insurance with it worked. Even thought they were about to close him and Nick took the time to show us the space, recommend the best process to get the best price and even if we did it online Rick detailed all that. Fully recommend stopping by and checking their space. Thank you guys you were awesome!
