Decent price and location Did the online check in. You are billed for a lock, and can't refund it even if you have your own lock. My access code didn't work, but the staff gave me a temp code to get moved in. It's clean, and so far no issues.
Overall nice facility. Overall. The facility is nice. I did have problems with my access code. It did take almost a day to get it solved. If I had used the facility at 9, which I could have no, I would not have been able to get access to the floors that I needed. This would have been a problem, but I waited to move in until business hours. The customer service was great. My experience with Uncle Bob's Self Storage was great! Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience at Uncle Bob's Self Storage. Karen, Associate Manager, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She provided us with a tour of the place and helped us with making a decision on the size of the unit. I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided.
