When I arrived, I had to wait at least 1 hour for them to even begin helping me - I arrived right when it opened at 12pm on Sunday. With only one person working, and multiple customers, it was understandable I had to wait. After waiting, however, they had no record of my reservation through Sparefoot - even after providing my confirmation/reservation number. five star Great service the person in charge is very professional
Paul at the front desk was very helpful and informative. He helped me understand what size I would need and worked with me through all the paperwork. I wish more customer service folks were like him. The facility was clean and easy to navigate.

Very helpful staff, excellent overall experience! Nothing negative to say about uncle bobs at all. The staff have been very helpful and accommodating, they have trolleys for rental and a free truck if you should need one to assist with your move. The space itself is great value for money and very easy to find as it is right off 1-83.
