Very pleased with facility and service! Arrived to find someone ahead of me in line, and I was in a hurry. Natalie handled everything with tons of cheer and professionalism, making sure each customer was satisfied before moving to the next. Someone got in line behind me, as well, and I was wondering, "How does she handle this place all by herself?" But she was efficient, pleasant, and had us all smiling, despite the short fuses that moving can bring about.
I am very satisfied with my rental thus far Uncle Bob's is a good place for storage rentals and moving in is made more economical as they provide you with a truck free below certain mileage limits.
Overall good experience. The staff was very accommodating...
