Great, friendly and professional customer service and facilities were clean and adequately secured. I usually use Public Storage facilities. But after being a customer of LifeStorage of Rogers Park, I am completely satisfied of their services and would recommend them to anyone who has extra storage needs.
Great customer service. very resonable price Great customer service. Waited until I finished everything even though it was after hours and I didnt get there until 10 minutes before closing.
The lady who helped me was great, but she was all alone on a busy Saturday. I had to follow her to other units while she helped others, I had to wait outside and get signed up at the same time as someone else. There really should be more people there on a Saturday. That isn't very client-friendly.
Only been there a week, but very happy with the facility and staff has been helpful
I love how it is clean, climate controlled, easy for me to get to from the train ( in case I need to drop by and find something I need) and the staff was very nice.
Great customer service and secure spaces! When I first walked in to confirm my reservation, there was about a 15 minute wait, but the clerk at the front desk was very polite and apologized to everyone for the wait. Once I finished my paperwork, the clerk made all directions and important information very clear. She also went out of her way to upgrade my space once she took the time to learn that all of my things would not fit in the original space I had reserved. The prices and storage specials are AWESOME!!
