Excellent place to store personal goods. I feel very secure storing goods at the North Fort Myers store. It can be a rough part of town but the people at the facility keep everything in a clean and orderly condition. The staff goes out of their way to provide excellent service to their customers.

Clean, efficient and friendly Reserved space on line. Got a tour of the place and the option to change if I needed. Customer service was excellent. Access is terrific and location is convenient for me.
Trudie was outstanding. Trudie was very pleasant to talk to and would ask me about things that I should consider as a renter. She gave me 24 hour access. This was very helpful and made moving in very easy and stress free as I was renting two spaces and had a deadline I had to meet because I was flying out the next day.
Renovations are good.
