I cannot knock the people who work here. They are terrific and very helpful. Good people. My biggest complaint is the price of each unit going from 102 to 182 within 6 months. I prepaid for 6 months, and when I saw that price increase, I pulled out of my 2 units. That is just corporate greed. Very disappointed with this. I certainly am not going to be taken to the cleaners over this.
Even though it's Memorial Day today AND super hot out, Kristy was in the office, and she was happy to help us out. She was very friendly and informative. She answered all our questions, explained the rates, showed us the space, and made the entire experience so simple and quick. It only took a few minutes. We really appreciate you, Kristy! The units are nice and the staff are friendly, but the fluctuating prices are ridiculous and frustrating! One of our units has increased in price by $185 in only one year. Who can afford that? Moreover, because the price fluctuates monthly, it's difficult to budget for increases. We had two units that were originally $295 and $217. In one year, the prices have increased to $480 and $354. We are in the process of vacating one unit and looking for other options for our long-term storage needs. Beware of enticing initially low ... read more
