Easy Peasy Not thrilled with the idea of needed a storage unit, but at least the process was simple.
Very clean facility My experience was superb. The customer service rep. Juan was very patient in explaining all the details prior to the move in.
Juan is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable Juan did a wonderful job. The whole process was painless. My only disappointment is the monthly security charge. I have nothing of great value in the storage facility.

Easy check in. Super clean facility. Dealing with Juan in the office was a breeze. He was pleasant, efficient and patient while dealing with our current COVID environment. The process of getting in the space, setting up payments and understanding access was handled in just a few minutes.
