good rental experience minus that it should be explained a little more clearly that coming in is prorated but leaving is different. if you know your move out date give it to the office before the 1st of the month otherwise you are charged for the entire month even if you move your belongings out. this was not made clear to me until the day I vacated and wish it had been as now I am out 51 bucks. Yet they will rent it again. Please explain this up front.
this is cool lots of people i know have chose to use bob's self storage and now i think i am gonna try it out and see first hand how great it reallt is
